Scoob Movie is a new American 3D computer-animated movie of Scooby-Doo franchise scheduled to be theatrically released on May 15, 2020, in the United States by Warner Bros Pictures.
It is a new movie of the Scooby-Doo film series and is planned to be the first film of a proposed set up for a Hanna-Barbera Cinematic Universe.
The planning of the new Scooby-Doo film commenced in June 2014. Warner Bros. announced that they would direct a new Scoob movie of the Scooby-Doo film series with Randall Green while writing a new story.
Cervone and Dax Shepard were originally signed to direct the film, with a script written by Shepard and Matt Lieberman. But by October 2018, Shepard was no longer the part of the project and was replaced by Kelly Fremon Craig as a screenplay writer.
The various casts were hired in March 2019 and production started on that same month.
The first trailer of Scoob full movie was released on November 11, 2019. Earlier, this movie was set to be released on September 21, 2018 by Warner Bros Pictures.
